The practice was established in 1979 as Sandra M Cooper, Licensed Conveyancer. Sandra qualified as a Land Broker in 1974. South Australian State Government Legislation changed the title of 'Land Broker' to Conveyancer in 1994.

Sandra is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and holds Certified Practising Conveyancer status. This ensures full accreditation with the Institute and with Government requirements and provides clients with current and relevant expertise.

All support personnel have relevant qualifications for their specific duties within the practice, being either registered conveyancers or holders of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers Certificate in Practical Skills for Clerical officers in Conveyancing practices.

We use the latest technology and telecommunications to ensure that we are able to provide our clients with prompt and relevant information and advice.
